Monstera Peru Cork Mount

Our special-edition Monstera Peru Cork Mount combines the beauty of natural cork with one of our favorite vining aroids. Monstera sp. Peru (formerly Monstera karstenianum) is a plant that can climb or cascade, all while showing off its pointed, pebbled leaves. This easygoing plant provides a lot of texture and interest, perfect as the centerpiece for your wall.

The lush vines are securely mounted on natural cork using sphagnum moss, mimicking the plant's natural environment of South America's rainforests. While the piece is very large, the cork bark is naturally lightweight and can hang by a single nail. The cork mount comes with a pure copper wire hook to make installation easy.

This piece makes a big statement: Bring the outdoors inside.

PLANT CARE

• Light: Tolerant of medium light, but thrives in bright, indirect light
• Water: When moss feels completely dry and the piece feels lightweight, run room-temperature water over the moss for 2 minutes to thoroughly saturate the roots growing below the moss (usually every 7-14 days depending on light, temperature, and time of year).
• Considerations: Clip back long vines to promote a bushier growth habit. Cuttings can be easily propagated!
